This collection appreciates the simple, pure, perfect and infinite nature of geometric patterns.
The brand “Hamide” gets its essence from our mother Hamide´s design approach which combines eastern geometric attitude with more contemporary and global approach. That’s why we especially wanted to create a collection that appreciates the simple, pure, perfect and infinite nature of geometric patterns. This collection consists of handmade notebooks, postcards, handprinted totebags, and rings.
Welcome to geometric love!
Notebooks are handmade by our lead designer Seda Ozcetin in Copenhagen. They are all signed and numbered. The covers of the notebooks feature one of the 6 patterns we designed for this collection. The notebooks were first introduced in 2012 in eggshell, brown, and green covers. In the following years notebooks in light pink, light blue, and burgundy covers were introduced.
The first sticker set features the “repetitive squares” pattern applied on circle-cut stickers.
Giftwraps in this series feature the repetitive geometric patterns we designed for this collection. Printed in black on white background, the giftwraps create a minimal look.
Postcards, just like notebooks, feature the same geometric patterns we designed for this collection. The same paper used in the notebook covers is used.
Handprinted by using Linocut pattern, signed and numbered.
Handprinted with spray paint by using laser cut pattern.

Papier Mache Sculpture
The sculpture is a geometric form exploration using papier mache technique. The materials used were all leftovers from previous projects or upcycled from different contexts.
