Handling Your Orders
Once you place an order, we receive an email notification about it. Afterwards, we start preparing your order. We update you regarding your order and expected delivery time.
Normally, we ship orders in 7 work days. However, due to COVID-19 outbreak, varying and longer delivery times do apply, mainly on products other than prints. We have three stock locations as our Copenhagen studio, Ankara studio, and our partner in Roskilde. Depending on the order list, we activate the necessary supply channel. If you have multiple products on your list, it may be possible that you receive them in more than one package coming from different stock locations. However, you will only pay for one shipping fee.
We use Post Danmark, GLS, DAO, Bring, and DHL depending on the package and address. In relevant countries, nearest package box / service point is selected for deliveries (such as Denmark, Sweden, Germany). This is to be able to offer you a more economic shipping service.
- Free shipping in Denmark for minimum order of 500 DKK.
- For orders below 500 DKK, the shipping fee is 50 DKK.
- EU: 100 DKK
- Outside EU: 275 DKK
We try to be nice and understanding when it comes to returning items. Send us an email with a photograph explaining what seems to be wrong with the product. We take it from there. The shipping fee to return the products belong to the customer. Your payment for the returned product(s) will be deposited to you after we evaluate the returned item.
We do not accept returns on prints for wrinkles and folds as it is not possible to determine when the damage happened.
Damages happened during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. Thus, if you see the package is damaged, you shouldn’t receive it and make the delivery personnel prepare a report. It is also very important to report the damage with photographs.
